Since 1994, the first outlet of Megachip was the Megachip Service Centre. 

The service centre diagnoses the problem instantly in front of the customer on arrival and solutions are given on the spot depending on the size of the problem. We have a standard time frame of 24hours to complete any service jobs and we are very proud that our service centre completes 95% of the jobs within this time frame. 

We have engineers specialized in the areas of optic fiber, networking, servers, computer hardware, printers, and electronics.
