The service centre diagnoses the problem instantly in front of the customer on arrival and solutions are given on the spot depending on the size of the problem. We have a standard time frame of 24hours to complete any service jobs and we are very proud that our service centre completes 95% of the jobs within this time frame.
Warranty Service for NEC Computer products
All NEC Desktops, Laptops and Servers under warranty will receive FREE Support services, such as free repair service and parts exchange service.
Under our quick service standards, instead of repairing display Monitors of NEC desktop computers under warranty, we give new NEC monitors instantly. Therefore customers will go back home with a new monitor instead of waiting for the old one to be repaired.
Our Engineers are trained by NEC
All our engineers are certified by NEC and most of them are trained by NEC. Our Engineers collaborate with NEC Support team. NEC monitors all the NEC products registering at our service centre under warranty, and together we implement the solutions instantly.
